✨ Booking & Salon Policies ✨ Appointments & Lateness • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in automatic cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delaying other clients. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward your total service price. • Deposits cannot be transferred to another client. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 72-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Same-day no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. • Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. Payments • Remaining balance is due at the time of service. • Accepted payment methods: card & cash Service Satisfaction • Please address any concerns before leaving your appointment. • No refunds on services rendered. • Complimentary adjustments (if offered) must be requested within 24–48 hours depending on service. Guest Policy • One extra guest is allowed in the treatment room. Other remaining guest must wait in the lobby • This helps maintain a calm, safe, and timely environment. Health & Safety • Please disclose any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies prior to your appointment. • Services may be refused if it’s unsafe to proceed — deposit will still apply. Right to Refuse Service • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or safety concerns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation time. • Same-day cancellations are charged 30% of the service total. • No-shows will be recorded. • After two no-shows, clients will be banned from future bookings. • By booking, you agree to this policy.
